As a child, Emilio experienced the world in a unique way. He remembers being in the presence of others and having the ability to feel what they were feeling or to sense a change in energy between two people. He was frequently described as shy and sensitive, often being sent home because of a health issue or a “tummy” ache.
He didn't know it at the time, but these were symptoms of being an empath and highly intuitive.
He grew up feeling a connection to metaphysical shops, health food stores, and similar environments. This fascination followed him into adulthood, and eventually motivated him to work in the health and wellness industry. During this phase of his life, he had a serendipitous conversation about the healing arts. This conversation inspired him to study and eventually become an advanced energy healer.
As Emilio developed his passion for the healing arts and for helping others, he yearned for the ability to make a greater impact. From this deep yearning, he decided to pursue a certification in hypnotherapy, as well as life coaching. Although non-traditional forms of education are his passion, he also obtained a bachelor of arts degree from Florida International University. In addition, he is a student and supporter of environmentalism, social justice, and food justice, and he is an alumnus of FoodCorps and Public Allies.
In his free time, Emilio enjoys reading, gardening, live music, and dancing. His calm, empathetic, and witty personality makes it fun and a joy for others to connect with him and to be coached by him. He envisions a world where we are all free to be who we want to be, to do what we want to do, and to live the way we want to live.
